In my position as a very active business woman, with a busy schedule and a lot of travels, I used to have difficulties in finding balance in my life. Under Dana’s guidance, I've learned the real meaning of gratitude and to slow down without becoming less efficient in my work.

Dana knows when to lighten up the class with a joke and when to respect the silence and people’s emotions. She is a coach, a mentor, who is not only preaching, but actually walking the walk.
I have always appreciated her desire to bring new things into yoga classes, to innovate, to help us explore the most efficient techniques and, more than these, to guide us in order to get to know ourselves better. During nearly three years of practice, Dana became more than a teacher for me, she was a coach and a mentor and I have deep gratitude for having been my yoga teacher.
I've known Dana for 4 years, having been part of the group that attended her classes. From the very beginning, I felt that Dana’s yoga classes are not only about learning to do correctly the asanas, not only about becoming acquainted with mindful breathing techniques and meditation. There's something more going on at her classes. She manages to create a space of peaceful harmony and positive energy where each of us could learn about oneself, in a process of self discovery that is compassionately guided by her.
Dana is extremely attentive to adjust the practice to the level of energy and the state of mind of those present at her classes, being able to authentically engage and connect with everyone.
