You don’t have to wait for the next holiday. Nor to take a sabbatic. Actually you don’t have to leave the office at all in order to connect to yourself! We are living times that challenge us to find our inner balance in the midst of the urban chaos.

The “21 Days of Urban Yoga Mindfulness” is an integrated body-mind-soul program based on developing self-awareness, designed for individual or corporate work.

Only this way we can be in the present moment, the place where we can access inner energy resources, such as inspiration, intuition, vision. It might sound like the Land of Oz but modern science shows that by practicing yoga and mindfulness techniques, you can enhance mental clarity and balance, free up attention and increase focus.

The program explores all three assets that we all posses: body-mind-soul. Each of them is a power house that can bring us energy or take it away. During the mindful yoga classes, personal leadership sessions and mindfulness techniques you become aware of the areas of your life where you loose energy and learn how to gain it back.

By the end of the program, you will start to consciously make better decisions about the way you invest your energy in habits, attitudes and relationships. You will know techniques and strategies that empower and lead you through a more balanced life. You will have become your own guru.

Why 21 days?

It is not easy to work with yourself. And it is not enough to do it once in a while. To increase your self-awareness level is a 24 hours work and a lifetime practice. But it is a skill that you can develop with guidance, practice and support. Neuroscience states that every new activity requires minimum 21 days of practice in order to become a new habit.

During “21 Days of Mindfulness Urban Yoga”, you not only discover and experience, but you will also integrate mindfulness in your daily life.
